We have 1 Connect and 2 Airtel modems alongside 1 main Firewall with a backup firewall and also we have 3 Switches and 3 Patch panel.
If Airtel stop working: –
Step 1:- Check all lights on the modem.
Step 2:- Check if there is a loose connection.
Step 3:- Try to restart the modem.
Step 4:- If nothing has worked, raise a complaint to customer care.s
Step 5: – put all Airtel network to go through Connect using Firewall.
If Connect stop working: –
Step:- Follow same steps of Airtel troubleshooting.
Step 2:- put all All Connect users to go through Airtel using Firewall.
If Firewall stop working:-
Step 1:- Check the power of Firewall.
Step 2:- Connect Display with the firewall to see the status of the firewall.
Step 3:-In display, if the status of the firewall is ok then check if there is loose connection (LAN , Airtel , Connect connections).
Step 4: – If nothing worked then use backup firewall.
Step 5: – If backup firewall is not available then insert a LAN cable from Airtel to Switch where Firewall to Switch LAN cable has inserted. Follow below steps after this:-
Step A: – Check if Internet is working on Airtel.
Step B: – Put all system to go through dynamic IP.
If Switches are not working: –
Step 1: – Check all lights are blinking properly.
Step 2: -Try to restart switches.
IF WiFi is not Working:-
Step1: – Check if any loose connection.
Step2: – Check lights on WiFi.
Step3: -Ping WiFi with its IP address.
Step4: -Reset WiFi (take a backup before make any changes).
