To install oracle weblogic with forms and reports version 12.2.1.4.0, below are the steps –
- download the required softwares from Oracle eDelievery as an authorised user.
- download latest JDK and ensure you meet the minimum system requirements.
- Place the software under dirive/partition, where you want to install the weblogic.
- run the installer –
- “C:\Program Files\Java\jdk1.8.0_211\bin\java” -jar fmw_12.2.1.4.0_infrastructure.jar

click Next

or you can select Fusion Middleware Infrasrtructure with Example, it will install some sample templates in the Middleware Home.
then click Next >
Review the summary and save the Response file, can be useful for silent installation.
Once the installation is done, now the next step is to proceed with RCU installation.
Navigate to $ORACLE_HOME/oracle_common/bin Directory and then launch the rcu.bat file.
Apply Patch on Windows server 2016 for Oracle Forms and reports –
opatch updated –
Now run the patch precheck script –
