- install domain
- setup webtier components
- configure http access
- compile all fmb, mmb, mmb, pll
- setup reports instance [standalone or inprocess as per your requirement]
- setup webutils and related libraries like jacob.jar
- setup forms profile from formsweb.cfg
- ensure correct tnsnames.ora is configured
- test the application url with forms login
