CloudShiksha365 – Terms and Conditions for Internship & Training Programs

These Terms and Conditions govern participation in all internship and training programs offered by CloudShiksha365. By enrolling in our programs, you acknowledge and agree to the following conditions. Our courses are non-academic, skills-based training programs aimed at practical learning, not formal degrees.

• CloudShiksha365 provides non-academic, skills-based training and internship programs.
• Our certifications are issued based on completion, participation, and final assessment results.
• These certifications are not equivalent to diplomas, degrees, or government-accredited qualifications.
• We do not represent or claim affiliation with UGC, AICTE, NSDC, or any governmental academic body unless stated.
• The training is intended to build practical skills in Linux, cloud, security, and IT administration.
• Participants must be at least 16 years old or provide parental consent if underage.
• Each participant is responsible for meeting system requirements to attend online sessions.
• Attendance and active participation are required to receive a certificate of participation.
• The CloudShiksha365 certification exam is optional but required for receiving a ‘Certified’ status.
• All fees must be paid in full before course access is granted.
• Course access is limited to the duration of the internship or training period.
• Participants may not redistribute, record, or share training content without written consent.
• Course content is intellectual property of CloudShiksha365 and protected by copyright laws.
• No refunds will be issued once access to course material has been granted.
• Early termination of subscription-based programs may incur administrative charges.
• In special cases (e.g., illness or financial hardship), withdrawal may be considered upon written request.
• CloudShiksha365 reserves the right to deny enrollment or discontinue access for misconduct.
• We reserve the right to update or modify course content based on industry needs.
• All users are required to maintain a respectful and professional environment in all sessions.
• We are not responsible for placement or job guarantee post-training.
• Our programs may include assessments and project work to test skills practically.
• CloudShiksha365 shall not be liable for any third-party tools or platforms used during training.
• Certificates are issued digitally and can be verified on our platform.
• By participating, users grant permission to use their testimonials or feedback for promotional purposes.
• We follow GDPR, Indian IT Act 2000, Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023, and similar laws in other regions.
• We do not collect or store sensitive financial information like bank details or card numbers.
• We collect only essential personal information such as name, email, and optionally phone number.
• Users can request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal data.
• Participants must not engage in unethical, abusive, or illegal activity during the program.
• Violating our code of conduct will result in immediate removal without refund.
• All content and platform use must comply with local, national, and international IT laws.
• We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time with notice.
• Your continued participation constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
• All disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in India.
• Participants outside India agree to adhere to these terms within the legal frameworks of their country.
• Any request for official documentation or verification must be submitted via email.
• Grievances must be reported in writing to [email protected] and will be resolved within 60 days.
• Participants agree not to impersonate any other user or misrepresent their identity.
• Course progress may be tracked for learning improvement and internal analytics.
• CloudShiksha365 has the right to reschedule, postpone, or cancel sessions with prior notice.

🔐 CloudShiksha365 Ethical Hacking – Student Terms & Conditions

1. Educational Purpose Only
   All cybersecurity and ethical hacking lessons provided by CloudShiksha365 are for educational and research purposes only. Students shall not use this knowledge to harm or exploit systems.
2. No Unauthorized Access
   Students shall not use any skills learned on this platform to gain unauthorized access to any server, network, application, or device, whether owned by an individual, organization, or government body.
3. No Exploitation of Vulnerabilities
   Students agree not to exploit any discovered vulnerabilities or bugs for personal, political, financial, or malicious gain. Any practice or testing must be consensual and lawful.
4. Consent-Driven Testing
   Any penetration testing or vulnerability scanning must be performed only after obtaining written consent from the system owner. Testing without permission is illegal under Indian Cyber Law (IT Act 2000, Section 66).
5. Zero Tolerance for Black Hat Activity
   CloudShiksha365 maintains zero tolerance toward hacking, cracking, phishing, denial-of-service attacks, or the creation/distribution of malware for malicious purposes.
6. Accountability Acknowledged
   Students agree they are fully accountable for how they use the knowledge and tools provided. CloudShiksha365, Kloudspace Technologies or associate companies, its instructors, and affiliates hold no liability for misuse.
7. No Sharing of Tools or Techniques
   Students must not distribute or publish tools, scripts, exploits, or bypass techniques learned in the course to unauthorized individuals or forums.
8. Respect for Laws and Ethics
   Students agree to follow the Indian IT Act, 2000, GDPR (if applicable), and other international cybercrime laws, and to uphold the principles of ethical behavior in all engagements.
9. Violation = Instant Termination
   If any student is found misusing the training or violating these terms, their access to CloudShiksha365 will be permanently revoked, and the matter may be reported to authorities if needed.
10. Consent to Terms
    By enrolling in any course related to ethical hacking or cybersecurity, students explicitly consent to these terms and acknowledge that they are legally and ethically bound to use the knowledge responsibly.
