  • Our certifications are issued based on completion, participation, and final assessment results.

  • The training is intended to build practical skills in Linux, cloud, security, and IT administration.
  • Participants must be at least 16 years old or provide parental consent if underage.

  • Attendance and active participation are required to receive a certificate of participation.

  1. Educational Purpose Only
    All cybersecurity and ethical hacking lessons provided by CloudShiksha365 are forĀ educational and research purposes only. Students shall not use this knowledge to harm or exploit systems.
  2. No Unauthorized Access
    Students shall not use any skills learned on this platform to gain unauthorized access to any server, network, application, or device, whether owned by an individual, organization, or government body.
  3. No Exploitation of Vulnerabilities
    Students agree not to exploit any discovered vulnerabilities or bugs for personal, political, financial, or malicious gain. Any practice or testing must beĀ consensual and lawful.
  4. Consent-Driven Testing
    Any penetration testing or vulnerability scanning must be performedĀ only after obtaining written consentĀ from the system owner. Testing without permission is illegal under Indian Cyber Law (IT Act 2000, Section 66).

    Students agree they areĀ fully accountableĀ for how they use the knowledge and tools provided. CloudShiksha365, Kloudspace Technologies or associate companies, its instructors, and affiliates holdĀ no liabilityĀ for misuse.
  7. No Sharing of Tools or Techniques
    Students must not distribute or publish tools, scripts, exploits, or bypass techniques learned in the course to unauthorized individuals or forums.
  8. Respect for Laws and Ethics
    Students agree to follow theĀ Indian IT Act, 2000, GDPR (if applicable), and other international cybercrime laws, and toĀ uphold the principles of ethical behaviorĀ in all engagements.
  9. Violation = Instant Termination
    If any student is found misusing the training or violating these terms, their access to CloudShiksha365 will beĀ permanently revoked, and the matter may be reported to authorities if needed.
  10. Consent to Terms
    By enrolling in any course related to ethical hacking or cybersecurity, studentsĀ explicitly consentĀ to these terms and acknowledge that they are legally and ethically bound to use the knowledge responsibly.
