CloudShiksha365 – Terms & Conditions for Internship, Training & Quiz Programs

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern participation in all internship, training, certification, and quiz-based learning programs offered by CloudShiksha365 and Kloudspace Technologies. By enrolling, accessing, or participating in any program, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms.
CloudShiksha365 programs are non-academic, skills-based learning initiatives intended solely for practical knowledge enhancement and learner engagement. They do not constitute formal education, degrees, or guaranteed career outcomes.
1. Nature of Programs
- CloudShiksha365 provides non-academic training, internships, workshops, and quizzes focused on IT, Linux, cloud computing, cybersecurity, and related technologies.
- Programs are designed for skill development, self-learning, and practical exposure, not as substitutes for university degrees or government-recognized qualifications.
- We do not claim affiliation with UGC, AICTE, NSDC, or any government or statutory academic authority unless explicitly stated in writing.
2. Certifications
- Certificates are issued based on participation, completion, attendance, and assessment criteria defined for each program.
- Certificates indicate training completion only and are not equivalent to diplomas, degrees, or professional licenses.
- Certification or participation does not guarantee employment, promotions, salary increases, exams, or interviews.
3. Quiz & Assessment Disclaimer
- Participation in quizzes, mock tests, or assessments is entirely voluntary and consent-based.
- Quizzes are intended solely for knowledge reinforcement, self-evaluation, and learner engagement.
- CloudShiksha365 does not guarantee:
- Passing any academic exam
- Clearing interviews
- Selection in internships, jobs, or certifications
- Quiz scores are indicative only and should not be interpreted as predictors of academic, professional, or competitive exam success.
4. Eligibility
- Participants must be 16 years or older.
- Participants under 18 must obtain parental or legal guardian consent.
- Users are responsible for ensuring they meet system, connectivity, and technical requirements for online participation.
5. Fees & Access
- All fees must be paid in full before access is granted.
- Course access is valid only for the specified program duration.
- No refunds will be issued once access to course material or sessions has been provided.
- Early termination of subscription-based programs may attract administrative charges.
- Exceptional withdrawal requests may be considered case-by-case, without obligation.
6. Intellectual Property
- All course materials, videos, quizzes, notes, labs, and content are the intellectual property of CloudShiksha365.
- Users may not copy, record, redistribute, resell, or publish content without written authorization.
- Unauthorized use may result in legal action under Indian Copyright Law and IT Act, 2000.
7. Code of Conduct
Participants agree to:
- Maintain a professional, respectful, and ethical environment
- Refrain from harassment, abuse, impersonation, or illegal activity
- Follow instructor and platform guidelines
Violation may result in immediate removal without refund.
8. Ethical Hacking & Cybersecurity Training Terms
Educational Use Only
- All cybersecurity and ethical hacking content is provided strictly for educational and research purposes.
No Unauthorized Access
- Learners must not use skills gained to access systems, networks, or data without explicit written permission.
Consent-Driven Testing
- Any penetration testing or vulnerability scanning must be conducted only with lawful consent.
- Unauthorized testing is a criminal offense under IT Act 2000 (Section 66).
Zero Tolerance Policy
- Black-hat hacking, malware creation, phishing, DDoS attacks, or exploitation for personal or financial gain is strictly prohibited.
Personal Accountability
- Learners are fully responsible for how they apply the knowledge gained.
- CloudShiksha365, its instructors, partners, or affiliates hold no liability for misuse.
9. Data Protection & Privacy
- CloudShiksha365 complies with:
- Indian IT Act, 2000
- Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (India)
- GDPR (EU), where applicable
- We collect only essential data (name, email, optional phone).
- We do not store card numbers, bank details, or sensitive financial data.
- Users may request access, correction, or deletion of personal data.
10. Analytics & Monitoring
- Course progress and activity may be tracked for:
- Learning improvement
- Quality assurance
- Internal analytics
- Data is not sold or misused.
11. Platform Rights
- CloudShiksha365 reserves the right to:
- Modify content, schedules, or instructors
- Reschedule or cancel sessions with notice
- Deny or terminate access for violations or misconduct
- Update these Terms at any time
Continued participation constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
12. Testimonials & Feedback
- By participating, users grant permission to use non-confidential feedback or testimonials for promotional purposes.
- Requests for removal can be made in writing.
13. Limitation of Liability
- CloudShiksha365 is not responsible for:
- Job placement
- Exam outcomes
- Interview success
- Third-party tools or platforms used during training
14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
- These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
- All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Indian courts.
- International participants agree to comply with these Terms within their local legal framework.
15. Grievance Redressal

By enrolling in any CloudShiksha365 program, including internships, training, certifications, or quizzes, you explicitly consent to these Terms and acknowledge that participation is voluntary, educational, and outcome-independent.
